It’s time to experience the connection,
belonging, and hope you long for.
Together. In Community.
There is a great need to come together during this crisis of disconnection and polarization.
This Community of Support and Practice is a space where you can…
Show up fully AS YOU ARE without pressure to “cover” how you are feeling
Awaken belonging and hope from being witnessed and validated in your experience
Ground yourself through body-centered somatic practices that calm your nervous system, interrupt unconscious reactivity, and build resilience
Build and deepen connections and experience joy from our shared humanity!
It’s essential during this time of uncertainty and upheaval, to resource yourself so you can be more grounded and empathetic in your relationships – with yourself, family, communities, teams, and organizations.
A community of learning, support, and practice.
Practice twice a month with a group of people who are engaged and inspired!
Practice sessions twice a month provide consistent structure and support to develop core skills and behaviors for building resilience and meaningful connection
Second Monday of the month: 5:00-6:00pm US Pacific Time
Fourth Saturday of the month: 9:30-10:30am US Pacific Time
Dr. Lynne Morrow, Director of the Oakland Symphony Chorus, co-leads the practice sessions with body-centered somatic practices and breath work – and singing - for a joyful experience of deep self- and co-regulation
Each month we focus on a different skill/practice that’s essential for building – and repairing – meaningful connection amidst difference and reactivity
What you most needed to learn in school and life. But you didn’t.
Join an inspiring and diverse group of people
who are creating a blueprint for a world with more
empathy, belonging, and shared humanity.
