Between stimulus and response there is a space.
In that space is our power to choose our response.
In our response lies our growth and our freedom.

My work helps people expand the S P A C E between stimulus and response.
Drawing on decades of my own personal leadership journey and work with hundreds of leaders, I’ve developed a groundbreaking leadership development methodology for building meaningful connection and collaboration while navigating emotional reactivity and uncertainty in an explicit context of social identity, intersectionality, power dynamics, and individual and collective trauma*.
My approach, Designed for Connection℠, integrates neuroscience, systems thinking, body-centered somatic practices, interpersonal and group dynamics, and community-based practices for building resilience through transforming grief and loss.
*Trauma: Experiences and/or conditions that unconsciously trigger emotional and physiological reactivity to protect from pain or danger. This can have lasting impacts that can undermine relationships, teams, and capacity to collaborate on and accomplish shared goals.
Designed For Connection℠ helps you embody
essential life skills and awareness to transform
how you connect with yourself and others.
What you most needed to learn for creating meaning and fulfillment in life.
But you didn’t.
Designed For Connection℠, provides a step-by-step roadmap that guides you through a clear path of structured frameworks and body-centered somatic practices.
